Pricing

Clear 3PL pricing. No hidden fees, no games.

Most 3PLs hide their pricing until you actually move in. We would rather show you how fulfillment pricing actually works, what drives your cost up or down, and roughly what to expect. Then we build you a real quote in plain language.

How 3PL fulfillment pricing actually works

There is no single sticker price for fulfillment. Your cost is built from a handful of parts. Here is what goes into it, and what moves each one up or down.

Receiving
Storage
Pick and pack
Kitting
Shipping

Every quote is built from these parts, sized to your business.

Receiving

What it costs to take your inventory in, count it, and put it away. Driven by how your freight arrives and how many SKUs.

Storage

Charged per pallet, shelf, or bin per month. Driven by how much space you use and how fast your inventory turns.

Pick and pack

The core per order fee, usually a base for the first item plus a small charge for each additional item. Driven by order volume.

Kitting and assembly

Building gift sets, bundles, subscription boxes, or retail assortments. Driven by how complex the build is and how often it changes.

Shipping

Passed through at our negotiated carrier rates. Two California warehouses keep zones, and cost, down for West Coast brands.

Account and minimums

A monthly minimum or account fee on some plans. We tell you about every one of these up front. No line item should ever surprise you.

What will your fulfillment cost?

Let's Talk

Your cost is built from your order volume, your order profile, your SKU count, and any special handling. Higher volume and simple, single item orders lower your per order cost. Heavy kitting, retail compliance, and large SKU counts raise it. Rather than quote you a number that doesn't fit your operation, we look at your business and give you a real one.

3PL Pricing FAQ

How much does 3PL fulfillment cost?

Most providers charge a mix of a monthly storage fee, a receiving fee, a pick and pack fee per order, and shipping at negotiated carrier rates. What you pay depends on your order volume, SKU count, order profile, and any special handling. G&B Fulfillment gives you transparent pricing built around your business and a real quote, not a number that does not fit your operation.

What drives my price up or down?

Order volume, how many items are in a typical order, your SKU count, how much storage you use, and any special handling like kitting, retail compliance, or hazmat. Higher volume and simpler orders lower your per order cost. Complexity raises it. We walk through each driver with you on the quote call.

Are there setup or minimum fees?

Some plans carry a monthly minimum or an account fee. If yours does, we tell you before you sign, in plain language. Our goal is that no line item on your invoice is ever a surprise.

How fast can I get a real quote?

Tell us your channels, monthly order volume, and rough SKU count and we will put together a real quote and a peak season plan, usually within one business day. No scripted demo required.

When does outsourcing to a 3PL pay off versus doing it yourself?

Once fulfillment starts pulling you away from growing the business, or once your order volume outgrows your space and team, a 3PL usually pays for itself in saved time, better shipping rates, and fewer mistakes. If you are not there yet, we will tell you honestly.

Looking for a 3PL partner on the West Coast?

Tell us about your fulfillment. We'll tell you how we'd run it.

A 30 minute call with someone who actually runs warehouses. No deck, no scripted demo. We look at your SKUs, your channels, and your peak season, then tell you whether GBF is a fit.
